My name is Kerstin Pramberger. I am an international leadership expert, passionate professional coach and sports enthusiast. I am a true bundle of energy that loves to motivate and inspire teams and bring individuals to peak performance. I have more than 20 years of international leadership experience within the Financial Service sector, have established and expanded cooperations, successfully managed key accounts and extensive restructuring and change situations.

 

I hold certificates as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Team Coach (ACTC) of the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am Hogan Assessments certified. I am a mental fitness trainer, passionate nature and health hiking guide, sports trainer, and skiing instructor. My approach to use all senses and include outdoor elements in my business trainings makes me unique in that space.
